

If you have enabled 'New Outlook', click on Tools and then Accounts. Your shared mailbox will now be listed in Outlook's mailbox pane. Click ' OK' and then close the Accounts page. Search for the shared mailbox name from the Choose a Person box, highlight it and click ' Add'.īack on the Advanced page, you should now see the shared mailbox listed. Under the Open these additional mailboxes: section, click on the ' +'.

On the Advanced page, click on the Delegates tab. On the Accounts page, highlight the account with permissions to the shared mailbox and click on Advanced. From the System Menu, click on Tools and select Accounts. We have instructions for both versions of the app below. In the Accounts window, click your new IMAP account in the left pane.The screen appears again with the same information.In the next window, enter the following and then click Sign In:.Password: Stanford ( or anything - use an incorrect password in order to access the full settings screen).Enter the following information and then click Sign In:.When prompted to choose a Mail account provider, select Other Mail Account and then click Continue.Click the Accounts in the toolbar and then click + (the plus sign) in the lower-left corner to add a new account.(Click the icon in the dock or go to the Applications folder to open it.) Upgrade to OS X 10.10+ if you prefer to continue using Apple Mail for email.Note: Apple Mail on OS X 10.9 and below does not appear to work with Shared Email.
